Refunds & Credits
Cancellations made within the allowed window:
Are eligible for a full refund or
A credit toward a future booking (valid for 30 days)
No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable.
Membership Consideration
Members may cancel up to 2 bookings per month with no penalty.
Additional late cancellations may result in a 25% fee.
Weather Exceptions
For outdoor courts, weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled free of charge.
